“I had to returned my pillow due to damages and was sent a replacement. Returned all parts to the damaged pillow but when I open box to use the new pillow I did not have a home adapter. I sent an email to support@sihohan.net on 02/02/21 in hopes to be sent the missing home adapter. Before my pillow was damaged I loved the way it helped me with my neck and shoulder pains and I do hope to get the missing home adapter sent to me as soon as possible so that I can start enjoying my neck massager again.”
