“This is a great portable massager for neck and upper shoulder area--really gets into the neck muscles and shoulders. I love that it goes up and down in rotating motion. In my opinion the kneading works better than most of those high-end massagers. Great value for the money, but have to be careful because I loaned to my son and he is heavier and almost burned by digging his weight in too much--not too sturdy so don't lie on it if you are heavier. I can lie on it flat cause I'm small but really meant for sitting upright while in use. Also the massager has a short connector which you plug into a longer one, and sometimes if you move around or shift a bit while readjusting your neck during the massage it will disconnect and interrupt your massage right when you're in the middle of your groove, interrupting your "happy time therapy" and that kinda kills it for me. I don't know why they didn't just do one longer cord instead of doing two cords like that. But overall very happy with my massager and will continue to use until it dies and will probably replace again since price is pretty good for what it does.”
