“I broke my back in December of last year and my left arm the year before. It does respond to the pressure you put on it so it is up to you to regulate how hard it massages it is not the machine fault if you get sore from leaning to hard on it. Also it does warm up so make sure there is something between skin like a towel and the machine again is not reason if you get burns like I read someone did you control that to and I don't even understand why the whole back got burned how do you not notice that the machine is not that big. That is another reason why I like it is compact and doesn't take up that much room. I followed directions and it worked perfectly for me especially my neck.”
“Good quality massager; offers heat and several speeds. I wish it could get the shoulders without moving the massager. The massager nodes are hard plastic and can hurt your bones, so you need to adjust the areas as it massages. Wish the nodes were made with a softer material.”
