“These can be a little tricky to use. My wife fell over on her first attempt so be careful. The larger the wheel, the more difficult it is to control. Just keep your feet and arms out to help balance yourself. They really hurt at first, but over time they helped reduce the pain I was having. Didn't eliminate, but that's probably because I continue to abuse my back everyday.”
