I saw an ad for a more expensive version of this and HAD to buy this when i saw it. When I got it in the mail, I was impressed by the quality. Both my husband and I use it frequently to stretch our backs out. I even convinced my cousin to get one too!

The Good:Super back cracker and back tension relieverLooks great and can take at least 210 lbsHelps with building balance and flexibility. Just make sure you have some sort of coordination before going all inGreat for opening major jointsThe Bad:Not as steady on a carpeted floorThe Overall:This is a good looking and well built roller wheel. I have two foam rollers already, but friends have been urging me to get one of these. So I finally bite the bullet. I went with AtivaFit because theirs looked rather nice and was priced accordingly within my budget. Upon arrival, I tried it out immediately.... Let me tell you, this thing cracked more bones in my body, and release so much tension than the foam rollers ever had within 5minutes. I've been using it in my home body massaging every other day as needed. But its really another great tool that I am super glad that I spent the money on. I thought the foam rollers were the greatest thing on earth, but this just took things to another level.Do take note that it works best on a hard surface for tracking and balance. I first tried it on a thick rug and I felt like I could've leaned and fallen easily. Upon placing it on a hard floor surface, the balance was much better. I was just excited to try it once it came in. Highly recommended!

Cracks my back like nothing else. I start with the smaller one to pop the spine, then move onto the medium one for more of a stretch. I'm not very flexible, but I can bend backwards over the largest one to really stretch deep. It's also helpful as a plain yoga wheel. Small one to support an ankle a bit higher, or the medium one for a deeper child's pose

I got these to help with a sore back and they do function very well to help stretch my muscles out along my spine. They seem to be well made and I'm planning to learn more exercises to do with them. A good value.

I saw this product on tv and liked the price better for this set. It really does stretch your back well. I typically use only the medium and small one the most. I have also used the small one to help support my back when sitting for long periods of time at my computer. I just put it between my back and my chair. It helps my posture and reduces my muscle fatigue. They are sturdy enough for a very fluffy mama and still effective for my very active 10 year old who likes to have his back feel adjusted regularly. I even used this when my shoulder was out. I used the small one several time a day to work in the muscle, then layed down on my couch to roll the medium wheel on my back. This was very convenient, since I am fairly certain doing this on the floor and getting back up is not quite in my "wheelhouse" at this time. I could even use this on my bed to stretch my back or to prop my leg for better circulation. I have been very happy with this purchase. My only suggestion for improvement is that they create some type of carrying case for it, since it just comes in the box and I have to put them back in the box all the time, which is not practical long term.
