“The smaller room ring is great for helping stretch your lower back, the larger rings are fantastic for going into tripod or hand stands. The plastic is very sturdy. I weigh a bit under 180 lb and the material holds me up like I'm nothing. The foam on the outside grips on my yoga mat so there's little to no chance of me slipping and hurting myself. “It's good to stretch I have 2 bulging disc and stretching it gives me a lot of relief. The wheels are a little hard but after you get off then you feel the relief. Like the big wheel better the medium crack my back into place but is hard, the small is good for lower back and neck.”
