“Well, this is certainly very sturdy. It is well made and a little bit cushioned. But the largest diameter ring is 13 inches across. You are already an acrobat if you have that curvature to your lower spine (and congratulations for that :-) but for me, with my extra weight, it feels dangerous. I also have a different roll i use that is about 5 inches across, and that one has a warning about lying back on it. So be cautious. For me, because it is so large, it is pretty uncomfortable just to lean back against it in a chair or against a wall. I am willing to try it, Very Gently, for a while. But this may end up out the door.”
