“I always saw people on the planes walking around with these around their necks, so I took the plunge and got one too. This one is so luxurious and functional because of the tie in the front some of them don't have the tie in the front which gives no support at all. My neck was very comfortable I could rest my neck in any direction and feel supported. So this is the best if you get stuck in the middle seat and don't have much space to lean. This neck support has the softest memory foam, but firm enough to support your neck. I love that I can roll it up and put it away so I don't need to carry it around my neck.”

“This neck pillow could have been worse, but unfortunately, was not comfortable or supportive. As some previous reviews mentioned, it's a bit too small and/or awkwardly shaped, which makes it difficult to find a comfortable and supportive position. I also was not a fan of the drawstrings, which required taking it on and off as you would a necklace. Ended up returning it.”
