“Outside of the buckle for the travel bag slipping off, this was a better (and cheaper) travel pillow than a previous one I bought on TRAKK. The best part of it was that the neck didn't get hot. I had my doubts after the last similar looking travel pillow I owned but tried it on a trip from Phoenix to Chicago (3 hour flight) and it was perfect.The ear plugs are pretty useless but everything else was top notch, so I'll give it 4 stars because of the buckle issue and worthless ear plugs.”
