“I purchased 2 of these for my husband and I for our trip to Europe. The pillow is every comfortable. However, the zipper broke on the bag on our first flight. As a result, it was no longer compact and able to be attached to a back pack. We had to find room to stuff it in our luggage so we wouldn't loose it.”
“This works really well. I have a small neck and it fits snug around. The balls aren't big but they do a great job at massaging. The only drawback is it doesn't have heat, which would be nice and relaxing, but overall a great product”
“If you don't connect it under your chin you have no support. But the connection pinches / irritates the skin under your chin.Will try to find a way to work around that. But not able to use as it is.My husband has gone back to using his cheap older neck pillow.”
