“I.ve been using a substandard neck support pillow that was purchased for me as a gift. On a recent long flight to Japan I learned how inadequate this gift was suited for a lengthy flight.Normally, If a flight is over 6 hours, my company will spring for business class accommodations. However, as this trip was for pleasure, I choose to fly coach for a reasonably priced fare.. I was planning on using my FF miles to get an upgrade. Unfortunately for me, with no upgrades were available.Another flyer in a neighboring seat had a deluxe looking travel pillow and after this trip I decided I needed to upgrade my travel neck support pillow. There is a plethora of choices and I made my choice based on the advertised features, reviews, and price relative to the competitors models. I haven't had the opportunity to use this on a flight but I have been wearing it while watching TV or console gaming.Features I enjoy: Nuck support, memory foam, draw strings instead of velcro, and the zippered storage case which BTW is different than the drawstring bag shown in the photo illustrations on TRAKK.Minor detractors: The pillow can difficult to roll, compress, and hold with one hand while you try to fit it into the zippered storage case. a concern about the durability of the zipper to perform under the stress of the compressed pillow over time. TBDI'm satisfied with this purchase and look forward to .enjoying more comfortable travels on my longer flights and road trips when I don't have to drive.”
“I fly for work and I've been wanting a travel pillow for a while. I finally ordered this memory foam neck pillow and I'm very pleased. It's extremely comfortable. The cover and padding both seem very good quality and it easily rolls up into a ball so you can stuff it into the travel case.”
“Bag and pillow smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. One side did not puff up at all. Pillow in itself was very small and the memory foam was very uncomfortable. Never returned something so fast in my life. Avoid and get something else.”
