“First purchase was for a gift. I thought it was great, exactly as described , comfortable, supportive, compact enough for air travel., arrived quickly, well received by gift recipient. So now I decided to purchase one for myself because I have neck pain.Everything was great until I noticed a toxic odor. I realized it was the pillow. I've had this experience before with bed pillows made overseas and the fumes the pillows released caused a major health problem for me.
