“I purchased this due to the many positive reviews so clearly it works for some people. I am sending it back despite a steep shipping fee which accounts for over a third of the purchase price. I've been shopping on TRAKK for years and have never, to my memory, sent anything back. Consequently, I was surprised, and will be more careful in future.However, I also know I will never use it. Perhaps, because of the thick velvet cover, it feels too hot. It is also pretty heavy, and I watch every pound when I travel. Finally, it did not provide enough support to my head and neck, when I briefly tried it out at home. Made in China, so I guess you get what you pay for.”
