“I've heard of the chirp wheel but it is an expensive set so turned to TRAKK. I found this set and for the price, it is amazing. I can't compare it to the chirp wheel as I haven't seen one of those in person but this set, definitely helps with back pain. They are sturdy and don't feel like they are going to break. First couple days are a little painful but stick to it! A booklet is included with other uses, be careful haha! I felt more agile that day and decided to try one of the other uses and ended up falling on the wheel and got a pretty huge bruise. It honestly does help make my back feel better. Definitely start with the largest and work your way down as you build a tolerance.”
