“I've been unable to bear weight on my right leg for over a month. I was considering the chirp brand wheels - but after seeing numerous negative reviews of cracked wheels and seeing that the 3 pack wouldn't ship for a month after ordering, I went with the Ativafit instead. It was half the price, arrived in 2 days, and I would have to run these over with a truck to break them - but they also have a layer of foam that makes them comfortable to use. I started with the largest and worked my way down, immediately had pops in my sternum and hips. Today I woke up without hip pain and lower back pain for the first time in WEEKS! I'm beyond ecstatic with my purchase. If you find yourself laying and stretching in weird positions in hopes of relief, wishing your foam roller was more effective - do yourself a favor and order these wheels.”
“I sent mine back as the box was ripped and it was clearly a used item. But even if it'd been brand new as it should've been I'm not sure I'd have kept it because, while the stretch it gives felt mostly good, the foam padding doesn't go to the edges, so when your body squishes it down while rolling you immediately feel those hard plastic edges. No thanks.”
“These are labeled for yoga, but I have seen them advertised elsewhere for helping with back pain. The small one is great for your neck and the medium and large for your back. I can see these being great for stretching and helping with flexibility also. If you are not very flexible, it takes a little bit of time to get used to them, but overall they work well. Much better value than others I have seen advertised for almost $100.”
“sitting in the office all at at work you can feel the back pain more frequently I recently decided to begin yoga as a new form of of working out. I love to use this as a back roller to relive the pain. After doing 3 sets of 15 reps for about two weeks, i would recommend.”
