“It takes 30 seconds to put together. No tools required. The knee pads are nice. I like the push up handle/grips. The roller is nice, but the bands don't seem to have much resistance. If anything it makes the exercise easier as far as coming back up after extending outward. Maybe that's the purpose though. Seems like it will last for quite a while. I recommend this is you hate doing sit ups. This is much better in my opinion.”
