TRAKK AB Roller - Black Reviews

Let me preface by saying I'n in my upper 60's. When it came, I put it together in all of about 2 minutes. The knee pad is fine if you keep your knees together. If you put your knees hip width apart, you'll need another pad. No big deal. The pad is just something extra. The push up handles are great for me. When I do them on the floor, my wrists start to hurt quickly. These allow you to keep your wrist straight and you can vary the width and positioning easily to target different muscles and get a little more extension. Now for the roller. It rolls well on hard floors as well as thick carpet. The handles do slip some if you're not careful of your form. I did a few roll outs when I got it and waited until the next day to see if I was sore. Didn't feel much so I tried again the next day. Holy, swear words, Batman, core muscles were extremely sore. What was I thinking, trying this two days in a row? If I can get my stomach muscles back into shape like I want to, this thing will help me do it. I'm not ready yet for the resistance bands, but It's a keeper.

I do like 200 ab rolls a day n I can see a six pack forming. It's the simple basic workouts that we have gone back to, bc of the pandemic. So the ab roller n push up bars l, were a perfect combo for me to somewhat stay in shape while I was out of town for work. Remember! Slow and controlled movements is the key.. quality over quantity.

This should cost $10, and then a $5 off coupon provided. This is bare minimum minimalistic:1. If you made the main roller pipe/tube any thinner, it would disappear.2. The roller is cheap plastic with a thin layer of rubber on it. I suspect that rubber will wear off in a week of use by someone strong.3. The bars for push ups are ugly light plastic with rough unsightly surface.4. The knee pad is wide enough for a teenager only. And it's very thin foam. A padded mail envelope is 3-4 times more substantial than this laughable "pad".5. The bands - the loops on the end that should go around the toes area of a shoe, they would work with US shoe size 5 or 6. Too small for an adult shoe, or even an adult bare foot.I will have to donate this cheap toy garbage to a 110 pound 12 year old relative.

This kit arrived on time, great value, easy to use. The band is exactly what I need to help support my really bad back and neck. With this, I can come up easier, causing less pain.
