The roller is cheap plastic with a thin layer of rubber on it. I suspect that rubber will wear off in a week of use by someone strong.3. The bars for push ups are ugly light plastic with rough unsightly surface.4. The knee pad is wide enough for a teenager only. And it's very thin foam. A padded mail envelope is 3-4 times more substantial than this laughable "pad".5. The bands - the loops on the end that should go around the toes area of a shoe, they would work with US shoe size 5 or 6. Too small for an adult shoe, or even an adult bare foot.I will have to donate this cheap toy garbage to a 110 pound 12 year old relative.”
