“I've had a couple ab roller's in the past I think they're all pretty generic and simple and very similar to each other however the fact that this one has the resistance bands makes such a huge difference for someone who is out of shape it definitely helps me come back when I go forward and I'm able to do a lot more than I normally would so I can feel the burn instead of just giving up because I can't do one so I am super happy with this the push-up bars a pretty good quality of course they're plastic but for the price I can't really complain”
