“I love this vibrating foam roller. I fell 9 months ago and broke my leg and shoulder. My shoulder isn't ready for this kind of treatment, but my leg is. I use it 1-2 x weekly. It helps to loosen up the tightness and stiffness that I get in my hip joint and down the IT band. I have a regular foam roller, but it just doesn't do the job. It actually hurts worse. I think the vibrating foam roller disperses the tension and the plain foam roller intensifies it. Sometimes I just let it sit and vibrate around the hip joint until it softens, then i roll up and down the IT band. It feels really good up the spine and around the neck and shoulder area. Definitely would recommend this to anyone, whether you have pain or not. It is a great way to care for yourself after a good workout. Even for prevention, just to keep your blood flowing and muscles and ligaments supple. They say this is good for traveling too, but it is too big and heavy to add to a suitcase in my opinion.”
“I bought this out of desperation. Now that I am single again, there is no one to complain about back pain to in my lower back, and get a backrub for it!By combining the vibration (which is STRONG at 5) with a well structured low-give covering on the roller, I am able to find peace without involving another human once again.Work up to that last setting though. Those vibrations are strong.No bad rubber/foam smells, good price, excellent battery life.”
“With as much as a shop on TRAKK, I guess it was bound to happen. This was an epic fail. The first item I received was defective, so I exchanged it. Today, I received the replacement foam roller and it was in worse shape. It was not in the original packing, so it is hard to feel like it has not been used. And it still has the same defect as the first one.I am not about to spend my time and energy to return the replacement.Bummed.”
“This is a little pricey in my view compared to other massagers (I have 6) it should be half the price. It is also vigorous and fairly noisy so will disturb other people in the property. It's controls are awkward and do not respond immediately but work ok eventually. It gives a good strong vibrational massage, it lasts a long time without recharging or overheating. It has virtually no “give†so it's fairly hard core. It's also handy as a firm back roller. Probably best in a home gym. Make it half price and it would be worth 5 stars.”
