“When I received the device, I had a difficult time charging it because the outer casing and the charging port did not line up. I finally got the charger plugged int the Micro USB port and charged the device. Now, I need to charge it again but I can not access the Micro USB port. It just does not line up with the hard outer plastic shell which renders the device useless. When it was charged, it worked well but if I can not charge it, I can't use it.”
