I've had non-vibrating version of this foam roller which was good but you have to roll your body on it. This is an enhanced type which is superb. There are different level of vibration settings. You can adjust it according to your need. The topmost speed was too harsh for me. I usually go with 2-4. Mild pain, soreness, lactic acid build up was easily taken care of this vibrating massage foam roller. The quality is very good and the battery lasts long. I would recommend to go with this type of vibrating foam roller than the regular non-vibrating one.

Bought this for my wife as a birthday present, and was excited for her to open it up and give it a shot (She loves our standard foam roller). Once she opened it, the quality of the build seems OK, not great, as many other reviewers have mentioned. It feels a bit plastic-y and somewhat cheap. That wasn't any part of the reason why we didn't like it, though. We only tried it out one time and then promptly returned it. The noise is horrendous, and there's no doubt that if she rolled out in the morning, or late at night, we'd hear it throughout the house. We have foot/leg and shoulder massagers that are much, much quieter than this thing, and I hope they figure out a way to dampen things a bit. Perhaps having something encompassed in this type of portable device makes that infeasible, but it definitely wasn't for us.

I just got this in and it is soo nice on my back and neck. I have a lot of neck pain and this roller has a very powerful motor. I don't know how long the battery will last but I think it will be a long time since it is a pretty hefty piece. The foam feels like great quality and I'm sure it will last a really long time. I also like all the different vibration setting so you can find the one that works best for you. I would definitely recommend this product.

I've tried the hyper ice and several other $$$ vibrating foam rollers, this one is by far the best of them. You need to use your plug for your iPhone and put the black plug into it. Do not let the battery go completely down before charging. Charge it at 25%. Otherwise it will die.I purchased the hyperice andthis foam roller still does a better job than the hyperice. It rolls out my tensed up muscles and is the only thing that has really helped my plantar fasciitis get better and I've tried everything!

I like the vibration to help massage and relax the muscles after a work out. Great combo of foam roller and massage. I use it after my work out for 30 minutes. I use it almost every day. I'm very glad I spent the extra moneyWell worth it

My son is an elite athlete and loves this thing. He uses it every day. I first learned about how great the vibrating roller is for you (versus the regular roller) at Tom Brady's gym called TB12. I researched tons of these on TRAKK and I'm glad it delivered as promised. This is a great buy. Some of these are prices double the price.

I bought this because with the corona I haven't been able to go to the gym and use the foam rollers to stretch out so I figured I'd one up if I getting something electric that would help roll out and vibrate at the same time. I tried it out it was all right but to my horror a few days later my girlfriend tells me that I have bruises all up and down my back in the shapes that are on the roller. I'm sure this will be good for legs or arms or something but it's just too hard. And like in other reviews it makes a ton of noise if it's on the floor, its not truly worth the money in my opinion
