“as an understatement, this thing works. im pretty broken everywhere and after using this on the 3rd speed, i can move, high thigh/hip tendon - not the IT band. just a 20-30 seconds and such a difference. only weird thing is that the 4th speed led light never lit up.”

It can be used without rolling, just to hold the vibration in a single spot for deep work or just for loosening up. Great to roll out after a workout or the next day if sore.
