“I love this vibrating foam roller. I fell 9 months ago and broke my leg and shoulder. My shoulder isn't ready for this kind of treatment, but my leg is. I use it 1-2 x weekly. It helps to loosen up the tightness and stiffness that I get in my hip joint and down the IT band. I have a regular foam roller, but it just doesn't do the job. It actually hurts worse. I think the vibrating foam roller disperses the tension and the plain foam roller intensifies it. Sometimes I just let it sit and vibrate around the hip joint until it softens, then i roll up and down the IT band. It feels really good up the spine and around the neck and shoulder area. Definitely would recommend this to anyone, whether you have pain or not. It is a great way to care for yourself after a good workout. Even for prevention, just to keep your blood flowing and muscles and ligaments supple. They say this is good for traveling too, but it is too big and heavy to add to a suitcase in my opinion.”
