“The bar in itself feels sturdy. I am disabled & was looking for something to help me stretch. I sit down to do my stretching, it would have been nice for them to offer a variety of workout options for SEATED users. I love the small resistance band that came with. Easy to use and travel with me room to room. Please work towards adding more inclusive options in your instruction booklet.”
