I got this for my mother in law, who has had multiple back surgeries, one of them she had recently, but her physical therapy was cut super short due to her insurance..The yoga ball is thick and durable (the woman is about 200 lbs!).The pilates ring set is just as durable.She looked up some exercises to do on her own, and she is getting better!I definitely recommend this! Good quality all around. Kudos to whomever came up with this idea!”
“The set is cute and very easy to use how ever the left handle on the actual ab roller was very lose and slipped off making it hard to actually use the ab roller if that issue was fixed I would definitely recommend”
