“Unit was nice while it was working, but it stopped working in about 6 weeks and I am finding no way to return it. We are about 2 weeks beyond the one month TRAKK allowed window of return and there is no information in what was shipped in finding anything about the company, website or phone number that could give us any means of trying to return this defective product.”
