“We wanted a massage gun to get a self massage without having to require another person. We got this gun. It only needed charging. After it is charged, it only runs for about 30 minutes and then it runs out of juice. A few months later, the charge was only good for 1 minute. Now, it is too late to get an exchange or credit from TRAKK and there is no option to contact the seller as TRAKK suggested.This really sucks.”
