“Either the charger connection is bad or the massage gun itself is bad. It does not charge, and thus, does not work. I've had the product for about 3 months and have used it probably 10 times in that time period. When it would maintain a charge, it worked well and even on the lowest setting was very effective. A device that doesn't work does me no good.”
