“The ball broke when pressure applied; twice. Returned the first unit then it happened again. I dug out the stem and still use it but would like a replacement ball attachment. I suggest some oil or grease; wd40... Just one of those things they "forgot" to mention in the "safety" section... Since all these machines use the same attachments it's bound to happen. The URL on the flyer in the box was pretihomofficial.com. Haven't heard back from them about the attachments. Don't know who they get them from... Cheers!”
