TRAKK Peanut Ball Reviews

4.6 Rating 254 Reviews
I've had nagging back pains for awhile and stretching and foam-rolling just hasn't done the trick. I got my Peanut Massage Ball last week and it is awesome. I used it on my back and tried out the various levels and used it on my legs after a race yesterday. This is the first morning I have gotten out of bed pain free in 6 months. So happy to have found this massager!

Stopped working. Unit won't turn on. Seems to have the battery charged. Suspect switch.

I ordered this product to see if I wanted to make the investment in a Thera-gun. The Peanut is quite a powerful tool-maybe too powerful. It has a good shape for using on various body parts-particularly more curved areas like neck, shoulders, and calves. I like that the product is chargeable rather than constantly replacing batteries. It has four speed settings. The controls are located on one end of the peanut and are easy to use. The blue color is very pleasing. As with any massager, it is nice to have someone else manipulate the product, but it is easy to use on yourself. The first and second speeds are fine, the third seems to pulse, and the fourth one is the turbo charged. The peanut almost flew out of my hand the first time I tried it! I got this to use mostly for neck and shoulder pain. Even the lowest speed will make your ears tingle and teeth rattle. The warp fourth speed will loosen fillings in your teeth. I think the higher speeds are probably better for bigger muscle groups. The vibration is certainly strong enough that it will break up some knotted muscles.I think this type of massager will be helpful, particularly if used regularly. I'm going to pony up for a Thera-gun type product. Thank you to TRAKK Vine for an opportunity to review this product.

This little gadget is worth the money and I use it every day. The peanut is very versatile and can be used on your back, shoulders or calves, all the hard to reach places. It's the next best thing to a professional massage.

This product is fantastic. I started experiencing lower back and upper glute (sciatic) pain midway through pregnancy, and was looking for a way to better stretch and massage the muscles. My baby bump is in the way of doing normal stretches, so I came across this messager and figured I'd give it a try (after checking with my doc, of course!). I've been using it regularly alongside the strengthening exercises prescribed by my physical therapist, and the difference is amazing. Even on the lowest setting, it feels like I'm really able to elongate and relax the muscles. There is noticeably less pain on the days when I use it! Given that a prenatal massage costs $100 per hour, the price is totally worth it. Another perk: it came pre-charged and I still haven't had to re-charge it. The battery life seems to be really good, which is something I usually worry about with cordless electronics, so that's a total bonus. I definitely recommend trying this out if you have muscle pain!

I was dealing with lower back pain from a lifting injury that pain meds, muscle relaxers and stretching couldn't help alleviate. I work a physical job and got to the point where I would try anything to help alleviate the pain. A friend recommended this peanut massager. After trying it once, it greatly reduced my lower back pain. This is by no means a cure all, but it definitely helped me.
