We bought this in February and then about a month ago, it just stopped working. The company was so professional in dealing with it-and replaced it for us. We use it every day -- great customer service!

It definitely doesn't take the place of a chiropractor or massage therapist, but it is extremely impressive. Very durable, functions fantastically in lieu of a foam roller, and probably better depending on the issue you are trying to remedy. The massage settings are extremely powerful.Holds a charge very well. One setting I wish it had was a delayed start on massage. It would be nice to set the unit on the ground, get into position laying on it with it straddling your spine, and THEN have the vibrations start. As it is, if you want to lay on top of it while it's vibrating, positioning can be a little difficult as it wants to jump around on your mat or carpet.I also noticed that the massaging sometimes makes me itch while it's happening, but I think that's typical of high-powered massagers.

The peanut appears bulky but is surprisingly easy to use.

This thing is amazing. Everyone is have shown it to either wants one or bought one.I deal with chronic pain and tension, and this loosens everything up and makes it jelly. Then I'm able to stretch and move more easily. The only reason for 4 stars re:easy to hold, is because the main area I bought it for is my hip and waist. It's quite difficult to keep it there unless you lay on top of it or stack something next to you to hold it in place. My arm goes numb holding it there and against the wall is so-so.But, it's worth it to get creative and find a way to make it work. I'd recommend this to anyone.
