“This thing is amazing! I found it on a travel website recommending taking it on a plane. I did not do that but if you had the room, it would be a great travel accessory. I use it on my feet and calves. I prefer the highest setting and just rest my ankle/calf in the scoop and let it go. It has helped SO much. The price is about the same as one massage so it has already paid for itself in my mind.”
“Well, there are quite a number of 5 star reviews here who must be mostly suffering from upper back or neck problems. I don't see how you can comfortably use this gadget to help lower back issues. The shape does not conform to the contours of your lower back! If It had a faster & stronger setting it would be more useful in my opinion. I bought it and tried hard to like it or find a rationale to keep it, I could not come up with any convincing one and will return it. I can see the benefit of using this gadget with neck problems but skeptical for lower back issues as I have!”
“I was really nervous about this since it is so expensive but it was totally worth it. You can just lay in bed and place it on the sore muscles and the vibrations are so strong that it does an amazing job of causing muscle confusion which makes the muscles release the tension. You don't have to roll against a wall and apply pressure - it is so much easier to use than other things that are similar but that don't have the strong vibration. I use it on nearly my whole body. My ONLY complaint is that it auto shuts off after 10 minutes and I use this thing for like an hour and have to keep turning it back on. It holds a charge for a long time. I love it!”
“Um....wow. All I can say is that this thing has now been commandeered by my wife, who uses it regularly after tennis. For the price and size, I don't know of any other massage device that gets you this much "bang for your buck". Needless to say, we both love it and will use it to loosen the tight and sore muscles every night. THANK YOU Rolling with it.”
“I have been using foam rollers and massage balls for quite a while as a runner and now even more often since starting Crossfit. This thing is awesome, especially for arms, which I had a hard time rolling with a traditional roller. The peanut shape is perfect for getting triceps and calves, especially. It's a little awkward on the back, but you get used to maneuvering. Battery charge lasts quite a while and vibration is strong. I usually leave it on the 2nd level. Highest level is pretty loud and very strong. No complaints so far! Even my cat loves it.”
