“So far I have used it for three 10-minute cycles and I already feel better and more relaxed. The auto shut-off feature is a nice touch. I am going to be using this A LOT! It's more powerful than I thought it would be - almost too much on level 4 on some areas - which makes it nice to have different levels. The surface feels smooth and easy to hold and maneuver. Overall, the product feels like it's high quality. I really think this is going to be a godsend for my shoulders and upper back. Sitting hunched over a desk all day certainly isn't helping.So far I'm really happy and very impressed with the customer service.
