“The roller only lasts about 4 or 5 10 minutes sessions. After that the battery is completely drained and needs a full recharge.Very inconvenient.UPDATE: The unit was defective and the seller immediately sent me a free replacement which is working as expected.Thanks Emily !”
“As a runner who does distant running we all know IT band issues can happen along with other things. Rolling out ends up being a very important thing to do to prevent injury's. The roll with it massage ball was mentioned to me by a friend so I had to try it out. I have to say I'm 100% happy I did. Working on my IT band issues can be a little difficult to do it alone but the massage ball seems to do a great job! The different speeds helps with the area's I need to roll out the most. I highly recommend it if you are a runner!”

It did not come with any information. I did get an email saying to remember to send in the warranty by following the directions that came with the item. Would be glad too, if I'd received anything. “So far I am really impressed with this guy!! From the packaging, to the manual with the ideas for how to use - it all seems very professional and good quality. I'm a nurse and I work 12 hr shifts so I am always on my feet and get really tight calves and obviously my feet hurt all the time. My coworker said her physical therapist used a vibrating ball on her back and she loved it so I thought I'd try this. So far so good! I've used it for a about 30 minutes on my calves and my feet (I never would have thought of that if not for the tip in the instructions) and it's still on full power! I like that there is a battery life indicator on it too so I know how much I've got left because I'm definitely taking this to work...and the couch tonight :)”
