We have all been surprised and VERY PLEASED with the relief we have received using this Vibrating Peanut Massage Ball for neck, back, hand, arm, leg, and foot aches. It came charged so we could try it immediately & holds a charge for a long time. Comes with an AC charger. It has 4 speed settings: low, medium, oscillating high/low, and high. We have found the oscillating high/low to be surprisingly effective. This setting will cut off after a few minutes (? maybe to save the battery?) but can be turned right back on.
