“I like this roller because its size is suitable for massaging a larger area. For example, it can cover all my lower back areas at one time. It is also comfortable for me to use it on my calf and my quadriceps after doing cardio.The 4-speed setting is good for not creating too strong stimulation for you in the beginning and provides you a chance to adjust according to your physical response. Although the strongest vibration level is not as strong as other brands with a higher price, I have a massage gun that allows me to focus on a certain area that really needs stronger vibration. “I have owned this for 1-1/2 yrs now and am very happy with my choice. I bought this after my therapist used it for muscle pain and spasms in the backs of my legs. I found it very easy to use at home by laying it on the floor and rolling my legs over the top of it. I have also used it for lower back and neck pain. I like the option of 4 speeds since you don't want to use the highest intensity on your neck or if your muscles are very sore and sensitive. It is a very firm roller. You may want/need to place a towel over it to soften the it depending on your pain level. The battery holds a charge for long time. I am able to use it for multiple sessions before needing to charge it. Although I've never used it to the point where the battery has died. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again and highly recommend it.”
