I use it before and after my intramural basketball and volleyball games, and It has helped me warm up so much better than when I was using my old regular one. “Love the product. Helps really get in those tight muscles after a heavy day. The carrying case is a great bonus as well. Only thing I would say that COULD be a little better is maybe have a slower speed for when you stretch out the muscles just below the neck. It would've been better to stretch a round before turning it on, It's doable just a little getting used to is all. Besides that amazing product!”

I could not find any other product that was as long as this one. The length makes it much easier to use than others.
