“I know the product is a vibrating roller, but it feels like a great massaging roller. Previously, I use the massage chair at my gym after a good workout. However, now that I am working out at home, I do not have that luxury. A gym buddy recommend a vibrating roller saying it helps out the kinks. I use regular rollers before, so I was hesitant to believe him, but he has not steer me wrong before so I started to look around for a vibrating roller. I pick this roller as it had same features as the higher price ones, but it was reasonably price.So there are 2 different modes with up to 5 intensity. If you see the video, the default mode is a constant vibration, while the second mode is a build up (low to high) vibration. Initially, I start the roller on my hamstrings and thought it was not as good. Then I work the roller on my upper back and increase the intensity. At that moment, I knew what my gym buddy was talking about. On my upper back, it felt like the massage chair at my gym and it really help with the knots. I have incorporated this after my workouts and it is awesome. The roller is stiff hard, which I like personally, but it is something you might consider.The reason I gave it four stars is that the blue flashing led (when it was on the second mode and high intensity) was a distraction. You may not notice it if you do not use the second mode or when it is in use, but it is something that distract me. Also, I personally did not like the different ripples on the rollers. I know why the product have them, but I wish the thinner ripples cover the entire roller, especially when I am rolling to get those knots. Overall, I was surprise on how well it worked and would recommend if you want a roller / massager all in one.”
