“I had really bad pain in my right shoulder blade. I used regular foam roller that helped but i could never fully get rid of the pain. Ever since i started using the vibrating roller the pain is 99% gone. I highly recommend this if you have back or shoulder pain.”
“I ordered this because I kept having calf cramps/strains from running. I tried all sorts of other things (stretching, heat, ice, etc) and nothing would stop my calves from continually straining. Finally, someone recommended I roll my calves with a foam roller. I went online and ordered a regular roller and decided to order this one also to give this a try. Man oh man, did this one do the trick! I read several reviews that stated this was TOO heavy on the vibration and painful. I did not find this to be the case at all. It has several settings, including a rolling intensity of vibration which is what I prefer. This is wide enough that I can roll out both of my calves at the same time (and I am 5'11", 205 lbs) and I have found that if I do this for 10-15 min before a run (I run 4-5 miles every other day) and 15 min after my run, I don't get any calf cramping at all! I have also tried this on my back and lat area when I work out with weights and it does great in loosening up those muscles also! I really like this roller and would highly recommend it to anyone that has tightening muscle issues, especially on the legs.”
