“I received my VIBRA Vibrating Foam Roller yesterday. I've been experiencing lower back pain for the last 6-8 weeks and it was worsening. After using the vibrating roller product the first time, my back feels much, much better already. The roller texture and multiple vibration settings felt great. “Description on TRAKK states lifetime no questions asked warranty, but paperwork in box says 2 year warranty. I emailed seller through the company website to get clarification, since I bought their more expensive product because of the lifetime warranty instead of buying a comparable but cheaper vibrating roller with 1 or 2 year warranty. The company never responded. As a side note, it turned out the roller was defective and would only charge up to 75% instead of 100% even after charging all nightand then tried charging again an entire day. 75% and no more. Needless to say at, I returned to TRAKK for refund and purchased a different roller from a different seller. This company and product cannot be trusted.”
