With the VIBRA and its vibration, it adds another level to a foam roller. I recommend this product for those that like foam rollers and are looking for an additional kick. I tested how long the batter battery would last and had it on the high setting for over an hour and it was still vibrating strong.”

It is a tad loud for the entire household to listen to, so I make sure to use it on the bottom floor as opposed to the top and I am by myself in the home. As a newbie to foam rolling, there is minimal cushioning, so a bit advanced for me.”
