“I've had this a few weeks at this point. I'm getting back into shape and I'm using it for sore muscles and other recurring issues. Please note that the unit is pretty firm which is perfect for relieving my deep hip joint and lower back pain. It's relaxing to me, but you should know there's a little bit of pain to roll on and work out the kinks - not because of the device, but due to the fact that there's much less fatty tissue in the hip flexer and lower back regions of the body.
