TRAKK Acu-Roller Reviews

I initially was skeptical about the difference between using an old fashioned foam roller vs one, that vibrates, but after using Epitomie's VIBRA I'm a believer. My hip flexors, and IT Band tends to get extremely tight

Worked great for the first month, then stopped working. I'm now outside the TRAKK return window. Hopefully the company read this and send another. We loved it, when it was working.

Foam is a bit on the harder side but the vibrating motor works get to really get some deep work done when rolling out. This will be a big part of my recovery process as training continues for races. Buttons are clearly

First of all, this is a nice sized foam roller. If you have used Epitomie's foam rollers before, it is the same size (look at my pictures uploaded) The only difference is that there is a vibration motor for the vibratin

I don't exercise too much so when i do gardening like weed pulling my hamstrings feel it for the next 2 weeks. This will have all that lactic acid worked out in a few days. Just lay your leg on it and let it grind into each sore spot and you'll notice the huge progress from 1 day to the next. Of course this applies to any muscle.I bought some CBD oil and noticed a thick layer of goo was settled on the bottom of the bottle. Shaking by hand didn't do much. I sat the vibrator on my lap and held the bottle on it to agitate and it really helped finally get the gooey oils back in suspension. Also, i happened to do it in the morning and the vibration seemed to cause my bowels to expedite their own process. So that might be an extra bonus use of this great product.I don't know how long it will hold up but i'm loving it for now.

Last week I started shopping online for a foam roller for the sole purpose of placing under my lower back for traction and stretching. I had no idea there were multiple purposes on various areas of the body (before and/or after a workout). I I've learned a great deal from your free videos with the purchase of my VIBRA Vibrating Foam Roller. I absolutely love the design and high quality of my roller. I'm glad I made the right choice in rollers on my first go-around.I received my VIBRA yesterday in the mail and charged it up. I worked on my IT bands and my full back. The relief from stiffness and discomfort was amazing and my back wasn't hurting this morning when I got up.I was most grateful for the video on improving posture. I badly needed the information.I'm a court reporter and my shoulders are always pulled forward all day typing on my shorthand machine; and then at night and on the weekends I'm on the computer typing up court transcripts; and I endure prolonged periods of time in a seated position. (I'm 58 years old today and have been in this career since age 35). No wonder my chiropractor and massage therapist are always digging into my lats, pecs, and IT bands! Now that I have my foam roller, I can do maintenance in between. My boss (the judge of the court) does30-day exercise challenges with me. Right now she's training for a half-marathon and does not own a foam roller. I would like to bless her with your free, high density, regular foam roller 😊I know this was more than a couple of sentences, but I really wanted to express my full appreciation of your product. It's life changing!

I have been working out for over 10 years and always hate foam rolling. Using this vibrating foam roller feels much better. You can feel the muscles release tension and the vibration helps the pain be less than your ave
