“Actually it is very hard to use it as it is instructed unless you're a fitness genius, but it works great if you manage to create your own solutions. I have tried a lot of things for my neck and trap pain/stiffness this little massager has been the greatest remedy. It is so effective and all the pain and stiffness goes away in 5-6 mins.I wish it had more power options the lowest mode is still so harsh for sensitive areas, but you can use it with a little towel.
