Love this! Perfect for releasing tension before and after leg day! Great on the neck and back too. Delivery was actually earlier than anticipated.

Hello Extreme Roller representative, I'm really into yoga stretching and muscle relaxation. With the Vibra vibrating foam roller, I perform half the effort but receive the full benefits of your intense muscle relaxing vibrating roller. It takes me less time to recuperate from an intense workout and I never have to by another roller thanks.

I returned this because it was too hard and actually increased my pain.

I received the VIBRA Vibrating Foam Roller as a gift. I am using it to reduce my back pain and it has been working effectively so far. I especially like the fact that I can vary the speed of vibration. The carrying bag was a nice bonus.

I love this roller for myself and my clients. As a massage therapist it is nice being able to use a tool close to the groin area without using your hands. In addition to that the vibration stimulates the body to quicker release tension. I have recommended this product to my clients and friends.

Full disclosure, I'm using this for somewhat unconventional means. The apartment building I live in had some kind of serious architectural flaw that makes anything from heavy footfalls to rolling furniture across the tiles in one apartment shake the apartments on either side like an earthquake. Just my luck that I now find myself with neighbors on both sides who have kids that happily spend hours and hours every day running back and forth, stomping their feet, hammering or slamming something hard enough to rattle my dishes, and the adults themselves slam doors like they're trying to rip them off their hinges. It's bad, and there's nothing that can be done about it. I've put up with it alright for two years already, but I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and have started medication... which has had a most unfortunate side effect of enhancing my sensory processing issues. The rattling vibrations that go on for hours has become genuinely painful, and there was no way for me to block it out. After four days of being wound up into anxiety attacks, I had an idea. If I could have something that vibrated more powerfully than what was coming from next door, something constant that I had control over, that might be a solution. So this is the product I ultimately decided on. I keep it next to me on the seat of my chair while I work at my computer and turn it on whenever they start up, and it works perfectly even at the lowest power setting. I move it around occasionally and it feels great under my legs as well, but I've never been big on using this kind of thing for pain relief, so I can't say much about that, but if you have need for an extremely powerful but impressively quiet vibrating object, this is as good as it gets.

I first used a vibrating foam roller at my gym (Crunch Fitness) and I must say this is a powerful tool to have. Such an amazing muscle therapy. I then came across it on TRAKK and there I have it. I sit for long hours at work so this is my home therapy for my end of day.I highly recommend it for all the muscle stiffness and nods.

The construction is solid, the materials used are firm yet comfortable grip when rolling. The weight is a plus, being able to do a slow roll over tight muscles. The vibrating selector switch is located in the middle, easy to find. Having a rechargeable battery 🔋 is green for the environment & approximately 6 hours run time. I am extremely excited about this aid to help with my therapy.
