“I've used the roller for several days now. I find the intensity of vibration well suited to my needs. I'm not sure why the recharging unit was designed for the use with only a USB port and not also provide a converter plug. So far it's been somewhat inconvenient to take the unit from my weight room to my office so I can recharge it by plugging it into my computer.The recharging time seems quick and efficient. I use the third power of vibration, which seems to last for a long period of time; over several days for the amount of minutes I use it each day.”
“This is the first time I've used a vibrating foam roller, but I am not a stranger to the technology. I have hyperice vibrating ball roller, and a Theragun. The Vibra foam roller is the perfect complement to these other pieces. I can't use the theragun on certain parts of my back because I'm not gumby, and the hyperice ball is too small and hard to get into the square of my back. The Vibra foam roller comes in as the perfect size and I'm able to position it right where I want and let the vibrating action release my knots. Also works great on my quads and hip flexors. Build appears sturdy and I've been able to put all my 200lb frame on it without feeling like its going to give.”
