“Vibration settings were good. Unfortunately, every time that I used it for my lower back, legs I rolled over the start/stop button and would accidentally turn the ball off. Like previous reviews on this product, the button was not recessed enough. I'm sorry that I had to return it but this accidental shutdown occurred on every use.”
“My name is Eric and I recently purchased the 4speed Acusphere massage ball by Vulken for my wife She is very happy with the multiple massage speeds(4) that the ball offers. It also comes with a full 1yr warranty. I would recommend this product to all looking for multi-speed massage ball.”
“Love this ball for hitting the tight spots on my IT band and glutes and will get a lot of use out if it. I was a little disappointed when I used it in on my feet so I will stick to my lacrosse ball for that area.”
“Just rwcieved this so I can't talk about the like of the ball. However, the vibration is fantastic, definitely use the highest setting the most. It's nice that it does not require any batteries and it utilizes a rechargable battery.”
“The vibration of the ball is great and so is the battery life. My only issue is I wish the power button was further inside the ball so it didn't change power setting and shut off if I accidentally roll over the power button while rolling out my muscles...”
“So I bought this after doing a continuing class on vibration and the benefits and contraindications when using it to help lessen the effect of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) The one bummer thing about it is that if you're not paying attention you may go right over the power button and turn it off. I took it over to my grandmas house to use as need be and then gave it to her to try out on her feet since they bother her often. She ended up using it every night I was there and even started using it on her shoulder and back that was giving her a little discomfort. She loved it, so I decided to leave it there for her to use. She's worth it :-)”
“This is a great product. I suffer from myofascial pain (knots in the back). My chiropractor recommended to lie down on a ball to run over and massage the trigger points. This product helps that with its vibrating modes and really targets the problem areas. I like how I can bring it with me when I travel compared to bringing a Theracane or a large percussion massager.I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because of two minor drawbacks: 1) it only runs 10 min intervals before having to turn it on again and 2) sometimes when lying on it and “rolling†it to get to the problem area in my back I accidentally hit the button, changing the mode. Aside from that it's a great massager to have.”
“The Vulken Acusphere has functioned as expected for the one-day that I've used it. The massage ball appears to be well built. The different speeds vary enough to add a nice touch. The instructions were easy to understand. However, the functionality would be better on and/or off by having the controls recessed further into the ball. This would allow for more seamless use with the vibration mechanism turned off.”
