I am enjoying my Vulken Acusphere. Just arrived yesterday and already having a huge impact on some biomechanical issues I've been having. Size and build contour/grip are ideal. I've been looking for something slightly larger than a LAX ball and this is perfect. Button design could use some improvement as it sometimes gets turned off during use, but it's manageable. I'm hoping the durability lasts.

Easy to use, and pretty powerful. BUT the size and placement of the on/off button makes it easy to hit as I'm rolling it around into my sore muscles. Kind of frustrating especially when I'm rolling it down to my trap and back, you sometimes just HAVE to roll around on the ball to find the spot and most times, that means I'll be inadvertantly changing the vibration setting or turning it off cuz I'll roll on top of the power button.

This came recommended from my PT, he uses them in his office and at home. I have to say it does a fairly good job of getting into those hard to reach muscles.. Like your piriformis and IT band. I also used it on my hamstrings to dig deep. My only real complaint is when I am rolling around the device will change to another setting because the button is pressed. I feel like a good fix for this would be to put a "lock" setting button or something similar on the device. Keep your setting you desire until the lock button is deactivated. It would have to be indented into the ball, but I am sure there is another solution. Had no issues with the device turning off, as it requires you to HOLD the on/off button for 4 seconds.Just another tool to add to my arsenal of injury and recovery goodies...

It was great while I could still charge it... After a couple months (3-5 full charges) now once I charge it it doesn't turn on drains battery without starting.

If you have knots in your back this may become your new pal! I go to bed every night with extreme back pain unfortunately I have for years I've tried everything under the sun to relieve the pain but not much helps, I also have a pretty expensive percussion massager that isn't of much use if I have no one to help me with it, the joy about this acusphere is i don't need anyone to help me massage my back with it, I place it under my back where my main knots are and lay on it and it does the work. The battery life is pretty good also I use it several times before bed all week long and have only had to charge it once! I'm thinking I probably should have purchased this before I dove in a purchased an almost $300 percussion massager!

I really like this product. It has different levels which has been so helpful for the knots in my back. It's as close to a massage at home as you can get. It causes my knots to spasm and then release feeling so much better. Well worth the value

I bought on TRAKK Vulken Acusphere 4 Speed High-Intensity Vibrating Massage Ball. I think it is great and is very beneficial for Trigger Points. My husband liked it so much that he took it with him on a business trip. I am planning to buy another one for myself, it helps sore muscles after a workout. I really like a pulsating mode as I think it helps to move the tissue around and get to a deeper point of soreness. Hope it lasts :-)
