“I previously had a “shaker†heavy duty frame, it worked great! After years of use it broke down. I finally decided to give this one a try. I really like the fact I can pick it up and use it in a different area if I want. I also like the weight limits on this item. Not that I am near the weight but it's good to know it's heavy duty! Great warranty, hopefully I will not need it but if I do it's there. This “shaker†makes me feel like my blood is flowing again!”
“Excellent vibration plate, but please start slow don't be like me I over did it and I feel dizzy at first at didn't think anything of it until I read it's a side effect if you are not using it right I saw the videos but after a couple of days I decided it's time to increase the speed and time big mistake. Please follow the instructions given 3-5 minutes and low speed”
“10/31/22 Update: I don't usually go back and read my old reviews, but for some reason, I stumbled upon them and began reading. This continues to be a great vibration plate. Very well-built and quite heavy. So, it is not meant to be that portable, even though it has two little wheels on one end.I want to increase my usage of it as more and more research has come out regarding the benefits of increasing bone density through vibration. The magic frequency seems to be 35 Hz.A sidenote: my beloved companion, who used to use this machine, passed away. It was not from Covid, but actually due to an aggressive cancer that developed after treatment with a particular medication for something else.Sadly, while western medicine is wonderful in so many ways where they can even reattach severed limbs, in other ways, its use of certain medications can have deadly sideffects. This is a wonderful machine and, if you don't know it already, Lifepro is a GREAT company with integrity. I have bought other items from them and they do stand behind their word. They also have wonderful customer service.I will begin to use this more as there are so many benefits a person can get from its REGULAR use. I have not gotten to the “regular†level yet.🤷â€â™€ï¸ I WILL though!!ðŸ˜I just wanted to add to my earlier review and tell you what a great company this is, as well as great product. you don't have to fear about anything you buy from them.Stay safe and healthy. 😎ðŸ‘ðŸ¼D-- Very sturdy, heavy, impressive machine.-- Bought because of *testimonials* from users; so many conditions appear to respond well to vibration therapy.-- Primary goal: to improve lymphatic circulation. Most ppl are unaware that lymphatics have no pumping system, unlike the circulatory system which is powered/pumped by the heart. WE are the "pumping system" for our lymphatic fluid; we don't move, it won't move much either.-- Secondary goal: to improve / eliminate any fluid retention in the ankles and feet; undoubtedly related to the first goal of improving the lymphatics-- Third goal: to improve some heart issues that scared the **ll out of us in 2020; it appears some of that fluid retention might have been due to CHF (congestive heart failure) resulting from an ongoing A-Fib condition.-- Additional goals: Increase bone mass and muscle (prevent these from going down, at least). Also, accelerate weight loss, increase overall energy, and improve sleep quality/quantity.-- Lofty goals for two ppl in their 60s and 70s. We are both heavy (between 50 - 60 lbs overweight and 41-45% body fat😞) ... dang it hurts to say all that but GOTTA START SOMEWHERE and we've already begun making dietary changes. At least we have a pulse and we're breathing.-- Finally, I neglected to say the reason we went with THIS particular company is - hands down - their customer service; I am a stickler for superior customer service. I would rather pay more for something and know I will be taken care of than go with cheaper and get no help in the future, should I need it. There are a ton of vibration machines out there today. Going with TRAKK felt safe (always does). Also got a better price on here (than at the company site) over the holidays.-- Leaving this first review on 01/02/2021 after a couple of weeks of use. So far, we're happy but there is much to learn yet. Hoping I can come back and update my progress, as well as impressions of the machine and the company's customer service. FYI, as much as I rely on reviews for my purchases, sadly, I have very seldom left my own. Hope I can do better in 2021 since it is only fair that others' reviews have helped me. I am a passionate information geek; I will research some things for months before I decide to purchase.Thank you, Lifepro. Hope you live up to my expectationsðŸ˜.**No one paid me to say anything, good or bad, about this purchase nor offered me anything in return.**Let's do better in 2021. Can't always change the problems around us, but we can change ourselves.Stay safe as we get through covid in 2021. My deepest condolences to those who have been touched by this awful experience.”
“I received my first Rumblex Plus this past January 28th and put it to use immediately with great enthusiasm. I tried to start out slow but over did it a little. I started by doing one ten minute session in the early morning, mid afternoon and just before bedtime. The unit can provide a great workout platform but also excells as a wonderful relaxation platform on the wave mode with very light speed and intensity. It really does help me sleep soundly. The morning routine I basically pick one of the three preloaded programs and do light stretching while standing on it for ten minutes. I feel energized and ready to go for the day. The afternoon routine consists of dumbell work while I stand on the machine for ten minutes. My legs and arms seem to get a good workout and I am actually a little tired but feeling good. I also mix ups workouts in the afternoon session consisting of yoga and core work on different days. The night routine consists of the wave mode at very light intensity. I lay in the dark with my calves or feet on this mode for 10 minutes and then sleep like a baby....EVERY NIGHT!I am 56 years old and am using this machine to assist with fitness, stretching and simple yoga poses, relaxation and most importantly, mental health. I think this machine checks even more boxes then I initially imagined. My first unit seemed defective since the right side would hardly vibrate during the wave mode. I eventually was able to video this while using a coin to show the problem. The company sent me another one and I missed the unit really bad for several days while waiting for its replacement.I would actually recommend this machine to anyone. I find machine totally addictive and it doesnt take up too much space. I also feel as though it makes exercise more fun. My dogs do not like it though. They run away when I turn on the machine. The one flaw seems to be the wrist remote. It seems cheap and the buttons do not always work on the first press. The straps and bands also seem cheap. The straps are very loose but I just subsitute dumbells and put the straps back in their packaging. The straps might be OK for an absolute beginner or someone with very little stregnth. The machine itself is way cool all the way!”
“Belmint Vibration Plate Exercise Machine - Mini Fitness Board with 2 Resistance Bands - Home Training Equipment Platform for Full Body Workout - Lose Fat, Weight Loss, Improve Flexibility, CirculationSCULPT, SHAPE, TONE & STRENGTHENTHOUGHTSThis worked great. Setting up was easy. All the programs where easy to follow. I did stretches before going on the unit. Once on, and vibrations increase, I felt ok felt in thoughts, but and lower abdomen. My heart rate increase which is good as it shows I am getting cardio. Once off my blood pressure was normal and no dizziness.”
“I am not sure if it helps with weight loss or not but definitely helps with body recovery it not only helps with fatigue but great way to warm up before workout and also cool down after workout. 5 scheduled intensity preloads of 10 minutes each and then you can also customized your own vibrations and intervals. Has Bluetooth feature to connect with music (I dont use this feature that often). It comes with resistance band for upper body workout but not needed.”
“This type of apparatus is nothing more than technologically updated quackery. I hold double Bachelor's Degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition and am a nationally certified Personal Trainer, and have been for well over 20 years. In layman's explanation, muscles grow through a process of hypertrophy, whereby damage - often referred to as micro-tears - is caused by subjecting skeletal muscles to repeated and increasing resistance via weights, bands, and/or other implements. When the micro-tears heal, the muscle tissues increase in size and strength. Fat loss happens via several metabolic pathways, but essentially, you have to create a caloric deficit that causes the body to utilize stored fat as energy. THIS CONTRAPTION DOES NONE OF THOSE THINGS. All it does is wobbles side to side. You might not be old enough to recall the bizarre machines housewives in the 1950s used to waste time and their husband's money on, such as a machine that was basically a wide, canvas belt attached to a washing machine motor that they would wrap around their waists or hips and it would vibrate. It also did absolutely nothing to help them create lean muscle mass or burn stored fat. It did, however, make them talk funny while they were vibrating. It might have also had other... more pleasant sensations that tend to happen while vibrating... but while enjoyable, it also didn't accomplish much in the way of fitness. This thing is nothing more than an updated version of that thing. Basically, you stand on it while a motor rocks the platform side to side. At first, your body has to adapt to the motion, but unless you have a neurological deficiency, vertigo, or some other issue with your inner ears that affects your sense of balance, after a few minutes, your body will adapt. After that, there is no physiological benefit. That is exactly why they have resistance bands that you can attach to it to use while standing on this motorized wobble board. BUT! You can buy a set of resistance bands for a fraction of the cost of this thing and follow any number of workout routines with those bands to create hypertrophy in just about all of your muscle groups. Couple that with healthy eating habits and you'll have much better success than you ever will with this waste of money. Now, I mentioned wobble boards. Those ARE helpful additions to your workout. Wobble boards force you to engage all the layers of core muscles, thereby stimulating them and increasing your overall core strength. They are also a fraction of the cost of this thing. So please, take it from a professional, do not waste your money - and your hopes - on this piece of crap. Get yourself a good set of resistance bands and maybe a wobble board, lookup safe resistance band exercises, or better yet, go into the neighborhood gym and ask a trainer to teach you a few moves. We will usually be glad to help you out as long as we aren't with a client at the time. If you do have the money to blow on this thing, you would be better off spending it on a few sessions with a trainer who can teach you how to use bands the right way to get actual results. Lastly, I got this off of my Vine queue, so I didn't pay for it. I did take it out of the box and play with it for a while simply because it was fun... for about 10 minutes. Then I packed it all back in the box and put it on the table of stuff my mom will take over over to Goodwill. Ask yourself, if this thing would be of any use to me, a Personal Trainer, either for my own workout or for my clients, would I have just tossed it out like that? No. I would've taken it to the studio I train out of and put it to use.”
