I love it! I use it for my mild sciatica and neuropathy. These ailments feel so much better after work using this machine.

This is my second vibrating plate, this one is much smaller than my first. It takes up less space and I think works just as well, it definitely helps with arthritis/psoriatic arthritis pain, if you flex and “pose' you will tone and lose weight and inches. Went on vacation for 2 weeks without it definitely eager to get back to it. I will never be without one of these.

I can't say that it will turn you from a couch potato into a supermodel, but it does help with circulation, so those with health issues that affect circulation, such as diabetes, might find this pretty useful. Of course, always check with your doctor first, but it's worth a try.

Very sturdy. Works as well as the one I use at the chiropractor's office though clearly is smaller and more portable. I'm 150 lbs so I can't speak to how well it works for heavier weight. No hand rails obviously. Was a great deal.
